Stationery Etiquette: Business • A good stationery wardrobe is important for the seasoned executives and professionals. • The perfect stationery is key to any wardrobe. • The most impressive color paper is white or ecru with blue or black ink. • Business titles may be included on stationery, but CEO's should have their own name on stationery. • Apart from the business stationery furnished by your company, it's nice to have personal business stationery in ecru or white and matching correspondence cards with matching envelopes. • Whatever the color of the cards or monogram, the ink you write with must be the same. If they are black, then use a black pen, etc. • I prefer paper by Crane’s due to its thick paper quality.
