Posture Etiquette • Good posture takes place when you are standing and sitting. • Don't cross or uncross your legs when seated. This reveals that you are uptight or anxious. Instead, sit with both feet on the floor. More oxygen flows to the brain thus causing less fatigue. Try it – it works! • When standing, be erect as possible. You will project more confidence and authority and look in control! • Practice in front of a mirror if necessary.
